Choosing this apparatus you have purchased a particularly reli-
able unit that will facilitate your work.
IMPORTANT: Before installing the apparatus, read carefully this
manual and keep it for future consultations.
Warning
⚫ Do follow carefully all the indications brought back in this
manual.
⚫ During all the maintenance operations disconnect the power
cord from the electrical outlet, and / or disconnect the com-
pressed air and / or the water attack and / or other attacks of
external parts to the apparatus.
⚫ Do not introduce stranger objects inside the unit during the
maintenance operations.
⚫ Use only the accessories in equipment for the filling opera-
tions and / or maintenance.
⚫
Do not execute different operations of maintenance from
those brought back in the manual. Whichever operation not
contempled in this manual, can involve risks.
⚫ For operations of this type, contact the technical service. Be-
fore turning on the unit and connecting the power cord to the
electrical outlet, make sure that the voltage corresponds to the
one brought back on the fabrication nameplate placed on the
back part of the apparatus.

Do not make any maintenance operation when the power
cord is connected: FULGURATION DANGER!
⚫ Use only genuine spare parts. Placing not genuine spare parts
can void your warranty, moreover can make the apparatus not
in compliance with the norms, and dangerous when in use.
⚫ For whichever inherent information concerning installation,
maintenance and use of the unit, contact the customers' serv-

Unpack
⚫ Verify integrity of the pack at the moment of the reception of
the apparatus.
⚫
Verify that in the packaging all the parts and the supplied ac-
cessories of series are contained together with the apparatus.

Installation and use

Take the apparatus out of the packaging, and place it on a flat
surface strong enough to bear its weight. Do not place the ap-
paratus close to humidity and / or vapor sources (steam gen-
erators, stoves, windows, etc.).

Insert the neon lamp inside of cabin in the appropriate lamp
holder (ref. 33 - 34) making a light pressure.

Connect the tube of the compressed air to the connection
placed on one side of the unit - MAX 8 BARS (ref. 28).When
using our suction unit, connect the hose of AIRBOX GS in the
appropriate connection placed on the back side of the unit.

Then connect the power cord plug of AIRBOX GS to the outlet
on the right side of the microsandblaster (ref. 37). Now con-
nect the power cord of the microsandblaster to the electrical
outlet in your laboratory.
ATTENTION: make sure that the voltage corresponds to the one
brought back on the fabrication name plate placed on the ap-
paratus. Turning on the main switch of the microsandblaster (ref.
42) will activate all the system. Regulate the aspiration power on
the minimum acting on the power regulator placed on the suc-
tion unit (ref. 29)
Use of the nozzels:
Oxides from 25 up to 50 My = nozzle 0.8 mm – Small (ref. 22)
Oxides from 50 up to 120 My = nozzle 1.2 mm – Medium (ref. 23)
Oxides from 120 up to 250 My = nozzle 1.5 mm – Large (ref. 24)
Container with WHITE cap for aluminum oxides from 25 up to
120 My.
BLUE cap container for aluminum oxides from 120 up to 250 My.
Loading the containers

Unscrew the aluminium stopper of the container for loading
(ref. 1) and pour the prechosen abrasive using the funnel de-
livered with equipme nt.
