Connecting the motor

GB
For the HLIS 997 model
!
The assembly comes is not equipped with a motor
and therefore must be connected to one (sold
separately) outside of the appliance itself. The
electrical connection must be made using the
appropriate terminals.
!
Only use 4-speed Scholtès motor.
Connecting the exhaust duct to the external motor
The external motor unit must be installed in a suitable
location in compliance with current safety regulations.
The motor and the assembly must be connected using
an exhaust duct with the correct diameter (Ø 150 mm).
To ensure that the hood operates efficiently, keep in
mind that ventilation becomes less efficient the longer
the exhaust duct which connects the assembly to the
motor. The exhaust duct must not exceed 7 meters in
length. The materials (the duct and the clamp) must
be provided by the installer.
