Plug in the supplied charger here. LED will glow RED during charge and GREEN when complete.

OK/PEAK/NOK LED indicators. OK/NOK will light according to the torque being within limits; PEAK lights when the socket stops
rotating.

BNC Analog output style connector to access real time torque with an oscilloscope for joint and tool analysis.

ENTER key is used to accept a selected option and is also the "ON" button to turn the TAA1000 on for operation. "OFF" is
automatic after 5 minutes of non-activity.

The RETURN key will allow the operator to go back to the prior selection. Holding the key down for 2 seconds will allow clearing
of the memory and STATISTICS readings stored.
7.
RS232 (DB9) used for printer and laptop connection for data download under ASCII format.
To switch "ON" the TAA1000, press the
LED test, the "CAL TRANSDUCER?" box will appear. Answer the question and follow the menu driven set-up according to the
following menu tree:

Use the UP / DWN arrow keys to adjust values. Holding it down will cause fast scrolling while individual taps will increment the
value slowly.

Press the RETURN key to get back to the RUN Screen.

From the RUN SCREEN use the ENTER key to
access the main MENU. MENU items are:
· LIMITS .................... ENTER to program HI/LOW limits
· BATTERY XX % ..... Indicates battery charge level
· FILTER ................... ENTER to choose PULSE or
· CALIBRATE ........... ENTER to start CAL routine
· RS 232 (19200) ...... ENTER to send data to serial port
· STATS .................... ENTER to view STATS; UP/DWN
