Warning

Operator's instructions
1.
Make sure that the voltage is set to 220V
2.
Attach pedal the pedals <Fig. 1>
3.
Attach the handles <Fig. 2>
4.
Plug the device in and switch it on; the contrast signal consisting of 4 different 8 digit
numbers should appear on the display; – then set the functions, e.g. speed 30 R/min;
time: 9 min; direction; display RPM – then press the start/pause button and you can
begin

Button function
1.
Start/pause button: press once to start –press again and hold for 2 seconds to stop
2.
Speed control button: press the speed button – 30/40/50/60 R/min can be selected
3.
Forward and backward function button: Change direction by pressing once
4.
Time setting button: 3/6/9/12/15 minutes – 5 different time units can be selected
5.
Automatic button: The motor will run according to the selected program
6.
Mode button: Display RPM, calories, meters
7.
Signal emitter: If the device is operated improperly, the motor will stop automatically
and the buzzer will sound an alarm; press once on the on/off switch, then you can re-
start the device- if you do not release the button after one minute's time, the device
will shut off automatically.
