To clean the exhaust pipe:

Clean the manual release valve and safety valve (fuse) area thoroughly with
warm soapy water.
Sealing Ring
Wash the sealing ring after every use.
1. Remove the sealing ring and wash with sudsy water.
2. Rinse, dry and rub mineral oil all over the ring surface. This extra step will
prolong the life of the sealing ring.
Note: After a long period of use, the sealing ring might become hard or shrink
its diameter size. If this is the case, replace with a new one. To order new
sealing rings, please call your service center.
STORAGE
Remove the lid to store the unit.
CAUTION
The user can only handle or replace the following parts:
• Sealing ring (silicone material), illustrated on page 18)
• Pressure regulator valve (weight valve); illustrated
on page 17 under item 1
• Screen or filter; follow "To clean the exhaust pipe"
procedure and illustration (J) on page 23
• Any other parts must be replaced or serviced by
authorized
personnel, as instructed in the use and care manual.
1. Invert the lid and remove the pressure cap by turning it
counterclockwise (J).
2. Insert a thin metal instrument, such as a cake tester
through the hole to clear any clogs (K). Rinse under water.
3. When finished cleaning exhaust pipe, dry area thoroughly,
insert pressure caps and turn clockwise until securely in
place.
