STEP 1: Set the Power Switch to Off
Make sure the power is switched off on the

Plug your PowerCenter
directly into a properly

grounded 3-wire AC outlet. Turn the switch on to
test the unit. If the green "Protection On" light is
illuminated, then the PowerCenter
is on. Switch off
™
the PowerCenter
before proceeding to Step 3.

NOTE: If the "GROUND OK" light does not
illuminate, contact a qualified electrician.
STEP 3: Plugging in Your Components
• V erify the surge protector is switched to the OFF
position before proceeding.
