Operation

1. Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment,
including eye, face, head and arm protection and
other PPE as required by your employer, and/or as
appropriate for the job.
2. Position the cable to be cut in between blades near
blade pivot point. (Fig. 1, previous page)
3. Ensure arm's length distance between tool and user
(Fig. 3, previous page) then pull the trigger to make
the cut.
Note: Trigger activates white LED work light which
remains on for 10 seconds after trigger is released.
4. Hold the trigger down until the cutting tool achieves
pressure relief, which is accompanied by an
audible "pop".

LCD Screen

This tool has an LCD screen that displays information
about the tool. Turn on the screen by inserting the
battery and tapping the trigger.

Bluetooth/I-Press App
This tool has Bluetooth capability that allows the tool
to communicate with the Greenlee i-press App on your
smart device.
1. Install the "i-press Klauke Software Solutions"
app from the App Store or Google Play. Open
the app on your smart device and select the
Greenlee option.
2. Switch on the Bluetooth function on your smart
device and activate the tool to establish a
connection.

click and double click operation. Change the user and operation with the right button
and confirm the selection by tapping the trigger. Selecting single click will allow the user to
operate the tool with one trigger pull. Selecting double click will require the user to press
the trigger twice within 1/2 second to operate the tool.

5. Blades return automatically to the starting position.
The cutting process can be interrupted at any moment
by releasing the trigger. By actuating the retract button,
the piston and movable blade will return to the starting
position.
Note: This tool is not designed for continuous use. After
100 cutting cycles allow the cutting tool to cool for 15
minutes.
Do not twist work piece or tool during cutting operation.
Blade failure could result.

Carrying the Tool

The carrying ring and carrying strap are for carrying
only, never hang or suspend the tool by the strap.

event of abnormal operation. See pg. 16 for error code

3. The app will allow you to create projects,
personalize your tool, and display tool pressure
readings, battery charge, the last service date, and
more. Instructions how to use the app are shown in
