4. Optimise listening comfort and quality
Important: using audio earphones in water requires
precautions for optimum sound.
- Before your first swimming session, make sure you
choose the right shape and size of earbuds.
- Insert your earphones into your ears, turning them
slightly until you feel some suction.
- Gently pull on the cables. The earphones should stay
in your ears.
You're ready to go swimming!
Note: in the event of partial or total sound loss during
swimming:
- Pinch the earbuds and blow into them.
- Remove any water from your ears
5. Troubleshooting
If the device will not turn on:
- Do a reset
- Recharge the device, using only the USB cable
provided
If there is no sound:
- Check that the jack plug contacts are dry
- Check that the jack plug is properly connected
- Increase the volume
- Check that your files are in MP3 or WMA format and
not corrupted
If music will not upload:
- Check that you are using only the USB cable provided
with the device
- Unplug the jack plug and USB cable, and plug them
back in again
- Check that the drivers on your computer are up to
date
- Try using another computer
