At this point, the CCST300/388 will proceed automatically, displaying the quantity of oil
extracted and printing the total volume at the end of flushing. The CCST300/300 will
automatically run three flush cycles. If greater than 10 cc of oil is extracted on the third cycle, a
fourth cycle will start automaitcally. When flushing is completed, disconnect all the couplings
and disconnect the machine from the power supply.
USE WITH MODEL CCST200/288 AND OTHER A/C Equipment
To flush a system (or component) using any other recommended recovery and recycling
station, connect to the equipment and system as detailed on the previous page and proceed as
outlined below:
1) Run the vacuum cycle on the system (or component) for at least 10 minutes.
2) Charge with 4-6 lbs of refrigerant.
3) Recover the refrigerant.
4) Discharge and measure recovered oil (separated during recovery).
Perform steps 2, 3, and 4 THREE times. When finished, check the oil discharged from the last
cycle. If the amount is in excess of 10 cc, run another charging – recovery – oil discharge cycle
(steps 2, 3, and 4).
When the flushing operation is completed, disconnect all the couplings and disconnect the
machine from the power supply.
