- Windows7 and hi her operatin systems, Linux with kernel 2.4 and
hi her. For proper flash reader and bluetooth adapter performan-
ce.
- Electronic Id card support is automatic when Windows 8.x. For
lower Windows and/or Linux OS, additional steps are required.
- Software installation on CD included is required for SIM slot
support. Limited to contacts edition. Windows OS only.

INSTALLING HARDWARE

1. Turn o the computer and unplu the power cord. If necessary,
disconnect other peripheral cables (for better access).
2. Open the PC case.
3. Remove the 3.5 " bay cover where you will install the card reader.
4. Insert the card reader into this bay and secure it with the provided
screws.
5. Connect the USB2.0 cable to an unoccupied USB2.0 header
connector in the motherboard.
6. Close the Pc case and connect the power cable (so the rest of
unplu ed cables if previously were disconnected).

INSTALLING SOFTWARE

When you turn on the PC a ain, the operatin system detects the
cardreader and bluetooth adapter and will install the necessary
software drivers.
The flash card reader requires no additional drivers, bein fully
supported by the operatin system (note this has to be listed in
"System Requirements")
