8. Errores Frecuentes
En caso de error la CMX40 se detendrá automáticamente y mostrará el error en pantalla. Siga las
instrucciones para solucionar el problema, una vez resuelto pulsar "START" para confirmar y permitir a la
CMX40 realizar un auto-test. Si todo es correcto estará lista para contar nuevamente.
Si un error se repite continuamente llame al servicio técnico de MECABAN 915478483.

Error description
The front cover is open
The coin transport arm is not
locked
There is a coin overflow in one
of the coin boxes.
The stop for the reject box is
reached (400 pieces)

Check there is no foreign body on the cover
sensor and close the cover.
Open the cover press the transport arm fully
down and check the interlock is engaged.
Check all boxes and empty the full one. If the
error remains, remove all boxes and check for
jammed coins on the box overflow sensor.
Empty the reject box. Press any key. To reset
the rejects shown at screen press Enter. To
count without deleting rejects use any other
key.
