CARE AND CLEANING

» For normal cleaning, the HOTPAN
and holders are dishwasher suitable, but washing by hand is recommended. Plastic
grips and holders may lose their shine when frequently washed in a dishwasher.
» Soak the pans to free hardened or burned on food. Never try to remove burned on
food with sharp objects, such as knives or steel scrubbers.
» Mineral deposits can be easily removed with vinegar or lemon juice. We recommend
Swiss Cleaner (see accessories) for stubborn deposits or other discolorations.
