troubleshooting
1. Freezer does not operate (appliance not running/getting cold).
• Is there a power failure?
• is the plug in good condition and properly plugged into the
socket?
2. The appliance is not operating properly.
• Is the door of the appliance closed properly?
• Is the frost too thick on the inner walls?
• Is the appliance exposed to direct sunlight or heat source?
• Are there too much warm foods inside the appliance?
• The Climate Class can be found on the rating label on the back
of appliance. The ambient temperature of each class is:

3. The appliance makes noise.
• Noise is produced when the motor in the compressor operates
and also when the refrigerant circulates throughout the system.
These noises are normal.
4. Condensation build up on external walls.
• Under certain atmospheric conditions, condensation can form
on external walls of the appliance. This is normal and will not af-
fect the operation of the appliance.
