ROWENTA has conceived a foot massage appliance. With FITSPA®, discover the benefits of water

massage and relaxing balls. With a soft and pleasant massage of the arches of your feet, the
REFLEXOLOGY attachment will provide you with an overall well-being. With its stimulating and
rejuvenating action, the DIGIPRESSION attachment (varies according to the model) is ideal to stimulate
the blood circulation and increase the body's vitality. The exfoliation lets you remove calluses and
therefore provides you with a pleasant pedicure treatment.
Please read carefully the operating instructions as well as the safety instructions before use.
1- SAFETY AND SET-UP ADVICE
Your FITSPA® meets the standards of
water protection against water splashing. For greater safety,
IPX4
please install your FITSPA® according to the national regulations. For France, if you use it in a bathroom,
the installation must meet the NFC 15-100 standard. This type of appliance can only be installed in the
cubic areas marked 2 and 3 (see side drawing).
• To guarantee an additional protection in the installation of the electrical power of the bathroom, it is
recommended to use a residual current device (RCD) with a tripping current not exceeding 30 mA.
Consult your installer for advice.
• For your safety, this appliance complies with the applicable standards and regulations
(Recommendations applicable to Low tension, Electromagnetic Compatibility, Environment....).
• Make sure that the voltage of the network matches the voltage of your appliance. Incorrect plugging
may cause irreversible damages uncovered by the guarantee.
• Never plug in or unplug the appliance with your feet in the water or with wet hands.
• The appliance must be unplugged:
- before cleaning and maintenance operations,
- in case of faulty operations,
- right after use,
- when you leave the appliance, even for a short instant.
• Always unplug the appliance after use, before filling, emptying, cleaning or moving it. Do not leave the
appliance unattended while it is plugged.
• Fill up with water only, up to the filling indicator located on FITSPA® and stay below the maximum
water level indicator (4).
• Do not use over or close to the bath tub, or sinks or close to any other container of water. Do not
immerse.
• Do not carry the appliance by the cord.
• Do not stand in the appliance. Stay seated while using the appliance.
• Carry the appliance only with the carrying handles (11).
• Use and store the appliance out of reach of children or disabled persons.
• Do not use the appliance on a carpet with thick hair.
• Do not expose the appliance to heated conditions.
• Do not place on sources of heat.
• Use only bare foot.
• Stop using the appliance if you feel pain or if any signs of discomfort or irritation appear. If you suffer
from medical problems related to feet or legs, consult a doctor before using the appliance.
• The appliance has a warm surface. Persons who are insensitive to heat must be careful when using the
appliance.
• Do not use with any other attachment than Rowenta attachment.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its customer service centre or
someone of similar qualification in order to prevent harm.
• Do not use the appliance and contact an authorised customer service centre:
- if the appliance was dropped,
- if the appliance does not work properly.
• Repairs to the appliance can not be performed by the consumer.
• Do not use any other electrical appliances with FITSPA® and the nearby electrical appliances must be
located or hung so that they can not fall in the FITSPA®.
