5.2. « User menu locked » menu
This function enables you to lock access to the Main Menu if you do not want other users to
modify the terminals' settings. If this function is activated, access to the Main Menu will only
be authorized if a PIN code is entered.
Procedure:
•
In the Adv. settings menu, select User Menu locked. Press "OK" to validate your
choice.
•
Select On by using "+" or "-". Press "OK" to validate your choice.
•
Press "Menu" to return to the home screen.
5.3. «Encryption setting» menu
Principle:
The advantage of this mode (enabling deactivation of the encryption procedure) is to enable
the integration of new terminals into a group without having to relaunch the procedure for
setting up a conference. It is recommended in particular for areas where the various users
are a long way away from each other.
Integration into the network is then carried out by using an available "Role" and the channel
used by this network.
IMPORTANT NOTE : If you decide to deactivate the Vokkero terminals encryption pro-
cedure, you will no longer be able to ensure the security and privacy of your exchanges.
Procedure :
•
Access the Adv. settings menu. Press "OK" to validate your choice.
•
Once the PIN code has been inserted, press "OK".
•
In the Adv. settings menu, select Encryption mode by using "+" or "-". Press "OK" to
validate your choice.
•
Activate or deactivate the function by using "+" or "-". Press "OK".
•
Press "Menu" to return to the home screen.
5.4. «Filter type» menu

you use your Vokkero system.
Depending on the environment and the user's choices, several types of fi lters are accessible
: Generic, Specifi c, No Filter, Generic W/O mute, Specifi c W/O mute, No Filter W/O mute.
Procedure:

In the Adv. settings menu, select Filter type. Press "OK" to validate your choice.
•
Select the fi lter of your choice by using "+" or "-". Press "OK" to validate your choice.
•
Press "Menu" to return to the home screen
5.5. « headset Settings » menu
Principle:
The Vokkero device has an automatic accessory detection function that permits the use of
a number of different types of micro-headsets and micro-earphones (1). Nevertheless, you
have the option of choosing the bias and gain of your microphone manually as well as the
LS gain and echo cancellation.
