• A complete oil change is not necessary!
Please check the oil level at least once annually and refill, if necessary. Fill the cylinderwith hydraulic oil up to the lower edge of the oil inlet plug.
Please note that the piston mustbe retracted.
• Important: Too much oil can shut down the equipment.
• Only use hydraulic oil (type HLP ISO
• Maintenance and repair of the equipment only by technical maintenance staff
7. Air in the hydraulic system
There may be an air accumulation in the hydraulic system which may affect the performance of the trolley jack. To tackle this kind of problem please
proceed as follows
Open the discharge valve by turning the lever rod anticlockwise whilst simultaneously pumping with the lever or by using the foot pedal (5-6 times).
Afterwards, pump the jack up to its maximal height before lowering it again. The hydraulic system is de-aerated

• All damaged, strongly worn out or improperly functioning devices HAVE TO BE TAKEN OUT OF OPERATION.
The repair of the equipment should be performed only by qualified technical staff.

Possible Reason
1) The descent valve was not closed properly
2)Not enough oil
3) Too much oil in the reservoir

5)The hydraulic oil is contaminated with particles or dirt

transport

Cure
please colse the valve by turning the pump rod clock-wise
Low the saddle entirely and top up the hydraulic oil,unitl 4 mm under
rim of the oil plug on the cylinder
Please lower rhe lifting arm entirely and check the oil level. If the oil
level is higher than 4mm underneath the oil plug ,please remove some
oil from tank. The oil level should not be higher than 4mm underneath
the rim of the oil plug.
Please proceed as described in 1)
As a quick cure ,please turn the pump rod clockwise adn step on the
front wheel, pull up the lifting arm on the saddle entirely, release the
saddle and lower the lifting arm entirely bu turning the pump rod
anti-clockwise. Close the descent valve again by turning the pump rod
clockwise and try to use the tool again

Clean and lubricate all moving part regular and exchange all damaged
and worn part with new original parts
