Troubleshooting
My power bank doesn't charge.
• Make sure that the micro USB cable is
connected correctly. See

• If you are using an AC power outlet,
make sure that the outlet works.
• If you are using a computer USB port,
make sure that the computer is turned
on and the USB port works.
• Your power bank may be damaged.
Replace your power bank.
My power bank doesn't charge a device
• Make sure that you have connected the
built-in micro USB cable attached to the
side of your power bank to the correct
jack on your device. See

power bank, not for charging a device.
• Make sure that your power bank is
charged. When your bank is charged,
the LED indicator lights red. If the blue
indicator is blinking, your power bank's
charge level is low and you need to
charge it.
