Limited one-year warranty
ACCO Brands
("ACCO") warrants to the original purchaser for a period of one year after purchase that this ACCO product is free from
®
defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service. ACCO's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement or
repair, at ACCO's option, of any warranted part found defective by ACCO without charge for material or labor. Any replacement, at ACCO's
option, may be the same product or a substantially similar product that may contain remanufactured or refurbished parts. This warranty
shall be void if the product has been misused, damaged by negligence or accident, or altered by anyone other than ACCO or ACCO's
authorized agents.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. REPRESENTATIONS OR PROMISES INCONSISTENT WITH,
OR IN ADDITION TO, THIS WARRANTY ARE UNAUTHORIZED AND SHALL NOT BE BINDING UPON ACCO. IN NO EVENT SHALL ACCO
BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE. ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION
OR LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION
OR LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. European Union
Residents Only: This warranty does not affect the legal rights which consumers have under applicable national legislation governing the

CETTE GARANTIE REMPLACE TOUTES LES AUTRES GARANTIES EXPRESSES. LES REPRÉSENTATIONS OU LES PROMESSES
INCOMPATIBLES AVEC OU EN PLUS DE CETTE GARANTIE NE SONT PAS AUTORISÉES ET NE LIERONT AUCUNEMENT ACCO.
DANS AUCUN CAS ACCO NE SERA TENUE RESPONSABLE DE DOMMAGES SPÉCIAUX OU CONSÉCUTIFS, QU'ILS SOIENT OU
NON PRÉVISIBLES. TOUTES GARANTIES IMPLICITES SE LIMITENT EN TERMES DE DURÉE À LA DURÉE DE CETTE GARANTIE.
CERTAINS ÉTATS NE PERMETTENT PAS D'EXCLUSION OU DE LIMITATION DE DOMMAGES SPÉCIAUX, INDIRECTS OU

que ACCO encuentre defectuosa. Cualquier reemplazo, a criterio de ACCO, podrá hacerse por el mismo producto o un producto
sustancialmente similar que pueda tener piezas refabricadas o reacondicionadas. Esta garantía será nula si el producto se usó en forma
inadecuada o si se dañó por negligencia o accidente, o si fue modificado por alguien que no sea ACCO o un agente autorizado de ACCO.
ESTA GARANTÍA SUSTITUYE A TODAS LAS DEMÁS GARANTÍAS EXPRESAS. LAS DECLARACIONES O PROMESAS QUE NO
COINCIDAN CON ESTA GARANTÍA O QUE SE AGREGUEN A ELLA NO ESTÁN AUTORIZADAS Y NO OBLIGARÁN A ACCO. EN NINGÚN
CASO ACCO SERÁ RESPONSABLE DE NINGÚN DAÑO ESPECIAL O INDIRECTO, YA SEA QUE PUEDA HABERSE PREVISTO O NO.
CUALQUIER GARANTÍA IMPLÍCITA ESTARÁ LIMITADA EN SU DURACIÓN A LA DURACIÓN DE ESTA GARANTÍA. ALGUNOS ESTADOS
