9. Using extra cameras
You can use up to 3 additional cameras with your tractorCam solution. We recommend that
you pair the camera with your monitor before mounting it on your machine.
Pairing camera and monitor
1. Connect the camera to a power source according to the instructions in chapter 8.
2. On the monitor, go to menu mode and go down to Pair Cam. Choose the channel you
wish to u se for the new camera. (A channel not used by a camera you already have
installed.)
3. Press the Pair camera button on the monitor. A 60 second countdown will start.
4. Within the 60 second countdown, press the pair button on the camera.
5. Mount the camera in the desired position after making sure the signal strength is good
enough.
Switching between the cameras on the monitor
Make sure you have chosen the ON option in the menu for the cameras you wish to switch
between. Press the camera button to switch between the cameras. Cameras set to OFF in
the menu will not be displayed even though they are supplied with power.

Turn this option on to view all channels on a split screen.

Is the signal between the camera and the receiver encrypted?
Yes.

What does a clear line of sight mean?
A clear line of sight means that no objects are in between c amera and monitor.

Why does the frame rate drop when the camera or LCD-monitor is in
motion?
When driving the signal reception might drop sometimes. This is due to the fact
that t he signal to the receiver is constantly transmitted from different angles. This is
considered normal when transmitting wirelessly.

Is the camera water resistant?
The camera in your tractorCam-solution is IP66 classed. This means that the camera
is well protected from both dust and humidity. It can be placed outside and can be
cleaned using a pressure washer.

Is the camera vibration resistant?
The camera can withstand vibrations of up to 8G.
