Installation

The insert is supplied assembled complete with 7 holders. The hold-
ers tilt back when the insert is loaded with wash items. The last
holder leans against the wall of the washer-disinfector when the insert
is loaded with wash items. Depending on the size of the trays and the
extent to which they cause the holders to tilt back, it may be neces-
sary to remove the last or the fourth holder.
Squeeze the holders carefully and pull them off the rail.
The holders are attached to the frame by the plastic retainers on the
sides. The plastic retainers must remain attached to the frame once
the holders have been removed.

Preparing the load

For validation purposes please make sure that you follow the
loading instructions given on the template.
 Risk of injury caused by load.
There is a risk of injury when loading and unloading due to possible
sharp edges, rims or pointed ends.
To minimise the risk of injury, loading should take place from the
back forwards and unloading should take place in the reverse or-
der.
Non-Miele mesh trays, cassettes and other containers can be used
for reprocessing instruments in Miele washer-disinfectors if they
have been risk assessed and specified as suitable for such use and
if reprocessing procedures have been successfully validated with
their use.
