FILTER MAINTENANCE

Said operation must be performed by skilled personnel.
Check the filter at least once a year!
The filter can be changed without removing the train. If the fil-
ter is replaced frequently, it is best to replace the fastening
screws, too.
The maintenance procedure is as follows:
cut off the gas flow by closing the gate;
unscrew the screws and remove the filter cover;
remove the filter and replace it with a new one;
refit the cover, screw it on and tighten screws without over-
tightening;
test operation and check for leaks.
WIRING SCHEME,
The gas train is factory set for connection following the wir-
ing diagram given in figure 2.
ATTENTION
Before starting any work, the system's power supply must be cut off.
For burners with terminal boards, you will need to remove the train connection's 6-pin plug following the
instructions given below.
Unscrew the plug's screws and remove its cover.
Unscrew the terminal screws and remove the connecting wires.
Connect the connecting wires to the burner's terminal board, following the instructions given in the rele-
vant manual carefully.
GAS TRAIN PRESSURE
LOSSES
The gas train pressure loss ∆p
is provided from the diagram;
the scales of the volumetric out-

are valid respectively for:
a = air
n = natural gas (G20)
p = propane (G30)
c = city gas (G140), only for
applications not covered by
the Gas Appliances Direc-
tive (90/396/EEC).

lizer adjustment.
