Note: Make sure the membrane is attached and is lying flat against the valve,
or the pump will lose suction and will not work properly. Also, make sure the
membrane is not torn, as this also will cause decreased suction and the pump to
not work properly.

Attach the membrane A to the valve B.
Push valve assembly C onto the bottom
of the flange D. Screw bottle E into
bottom of flange. Install diaphragm F
into flange assembly D.
Align the pump unit G to the flange
assembly H, as shown.
In a downward motion, snap the
bottom of the pump unit G to the
flange assembly H. You will feel a
"click"when the two are secured tightly.
Place the bottle into the stand I,
as shown.

• DO NOT mix old and new batteries.
• DO NOT mix battery types; leakage, explosion, and/or fire could occur.
• Remove batteries before putting product into storage.

• DO NOT, under any circumstances, use this AC adapter with any other
equipment. Likewise, do not use the adapter from any other product on this
breast pump. If you lose the AC adapter, contact Evenflo for a replacement.
• ALWAYS remove plug from product and wall by pulling on the plug/housing.
• DO NOT pull on the cord, as this may damage the cord.
• NEVER operate this product if it has a damaged cord or plug.

Using Batteries

If you plan to use batteries, push battery
drawer release button A, slide battery
drawer B out and load three alkaline
"AA" batteries C (not included), as
shown.
For best performance, brand name,
non-rechargeable batteries are recom-
mended. Generic batteries may impact
pump performance.
Slide the drawer B closed.
Note: Spare membrane D is stored in
battery drawer, as shown.

Using the AC Adapter

Before using the AC adapter A, remove
batteries from pump unit.
Plug AC adapter into the pump unit B,
then plug the adapter into 100 – 240V
50/60 Hz AC current only (standard
household outlet). For use in countries
outside of North America, a plug con-
verter (not included) may be required.
Unplug the adapter after each use.
