B) Tren de siembra. "Sistema monodisco"

Sistema monodisco 17.3/4" y zapata,
(Figura 3)
permite el corte de suelo y rastrojo conformando el surco
receptor de semilla-fertilizante. Este disco esta montado
sobre mazas de acero forjado con dobles rodillos cónicos
ajustables y sellado con retenes.

La zapata de diseño exclusivo posee un sistema de
resorte que permite permanecer siempre en contacto con
el disco, evitando la entrada de rastrojo entre los mismos.

El control de profundidad de siembra lo realiza una rueda
niveladora con banda de caucho (semineumática), 3.3/4"
x 15" con llanta de labio limpiador metálico, dicho registro
se realiza en forma manual

El tapado del surco lo realizan un conjunto de discos
tapadores conformadores dentados, con presión y ángu-
lo de ataque registrables y mazas de acero forjado con
dobles rodillos cónicos ajustables. Con opción a retirar
uno de ellos si la condición de trabajo lo requiere.

The Single disk system (17.3/4")

and drop hoe are designed to effectively cut through soil
and residue leaving a furrrow in which to place the
seed/fertilizer. The disk is mounted on forged steel hubs
with adjustable double conical bearings and sealed with
grease seals

The exclusively designed drop hoe has been provided
with a spring system, allowing a permanent contact with
the disks and avoiding residue coming into the disks
(Picture 5).
Seeding depth control is carried out by a gauge wheel
surrounded by a rubber band (semi-pneumatic – 3.3/4" x
15"), featuring a rim with metal cleaner edge– the system
can be manually adjusted

The seed firmer is made of synthetic flexible material:
acetal resin with polyurethane. It ensures seed-ground
contact and contributes to seeding uniformity
A set of closing notched wheels are in charge of furrow
closing. This task is carried out by means of a down-
pressure spring, adjustable angle of attack and forged
steel hubs with double adjustable conical bearings. One
of them can be removed if it is required by work field
conditions
