Installation instructions


The heater must only be installed using suitable fastenings (e.g. use M6x60
bolts with steel anchors in a stone or concrete substrate) on a firm, load-
bearing, standard, flame-resistant or non-combustible substrate.

Do not operate the wireless D1 infrared radiant heater in the same circuit as
inductive loads (fluorescent lamps, discharge lamps, fans, etc.) because voltage
spikes may destroy the integral electronic transformer.

The heater must be installed so that it cannot be orientated directly towards the
power socket.

The safety distances given in Appendix 2 must be observed.

Installation height: At least 1.80 m above floor level.

The heater must only be installed horizontally.

Secure the two T-brackets with underlying silicone plate ensuring that the safety
distances (Appendix 2) and safety instructions are observed.

Install both T-brackets with a separation of approximately 70 cm (no wireless) or
80 cm (with wireless) each with 2 screws on the mounting surface.

Position the clamp slides on the back of the infrared heater to match the
separation of the fitted T-wall brackets. To this end, loosen the grub screws in
the clamp slides with a 3 mm Allen key, move the slides into position and then
retighten the grub screws.

Place the infrared heater with the clamping slides on the T-brackets and screw
the M6 Allen screws complete with underlying serrated washers into the T-
brackets from the outside.

Move the heater into the required radiating direction and firmly tighten the Allen
screws with a 5 mm Allen key.
