The R-080600 box has been specially designed to work
together with a steam cleaner, and to collect dirt and
condensed water. It has a wide working camera perfectly
lighted, and an integrated extracting system to remove
steam. It is made of high quality plastic, and it is easy
and simple to clean. The noise level of the extracting
system is low and it is not annoying.
NOTE: Carefully read this manual. It contains

installation, use and maintenance. If the
equipment is used in a manner not
specified by the manufacturer, the security
provided by the equipment may be
compromised.

INSTALLATION
Environmental conditions:
▪ Use indoors only.
▪ Environmental temperature: 5-40 ºC [41-104 ºF]

1. Carefully unpack the box and check it has not
suffered any damage during its transport.
IMPORTANT: Do not hold the box by the front
frame (B). Due to the weight of the machine, the
frame may unstick (Fig. 1).
2. Place the device on an horizontal surface, flat and
firm, away from heat or vibration sources. Ensure
especially that the back ventilation grill is free and at
least 15 cm from the closest object or wall.
3. Place the device so that it is easy to use the
disconnecting device (main switch).
4. Connect the device to a grounded 230 V, 50/60
Hzpower source.

OPERATION
1. Switch the main switch on, which is placed in the
front of the machine.
2. Two lights in the chamber and the fan will start.
3. Clean the pieces with the steam machine. The fan
will aspirate steam avoiding it go out and improving
the work vision.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
To ensure long, reliable operation of the unit, proceed as
follows:
▪ The box has a capacity for 8 liters of condensed
water. Check level no reach the visor (D). To drain
water, release the top nut of the hose at the back of
the unit. Pour water into an apropiate vessel or sink.
▪ Regularly clean the filters placed in the chamber
ground, both of them, metal and cloth (G, F).
Remove the grill (Fig. 2) and clean with steam jet.
IMPORTANT: Clean the filters out of the box.
Working without the filters would damage the fan.
When necessary, replace the used filtres with new
ones. Always use MESTRA original spare parts.
