Return the device to your supplier or send it
with a copy of the purchase receipt and com-
plaint description to the service address for
your country or to the manufacturer.

If the warranty has lapsed or if the warranty
period has expired, we are obliged to charge
the costs associated with an assessment and/
or repair. On request, we will first provide you
with a quotation before proceeding to repair
the product. If there is no accompanying re-
quest for quotation, we shall assume that you
have automatically issued a repair order by
sending your device.
We grant a two-month guarantee on repair
work carried out by our service department
and on any newly applied materials, calculat-
ed from the date of repair. If a fault occurs
within this period, which is the direct result
of the repair work done or the newly applied
material, the buyer has the right to a repair
free of charge.
