INSTALLATION
Before Initial Use
CAUTION
Danger of suffocation from plastic fi lms and bags! Keep children and
animals away from the packaging material.
• Unpack the items supplied and check them for completeness (see the section
"Device Overview") and possible transport damage. If the appliance, the mains
plug or the mains cable does have damage, do not use the appliance(!), but
contact customer service.
• Before using the appliance, remove all packaging materials and any labels that
may be on the appliance and are used for protection during transportation or for
advertising.
Assembly
1. Plug the telescopic rod (2) into the recess on the top of the motor unit (4).
2. Follow to the instruction manual to fi x the left and right hangers (1) into the collar
section (9) – see the fi gure on page 6 "Assembling the Hangers". Then place it onto
the telescopic rod (2) tightly.
3. Attach the balloon:
Pull the balloon from the top of telescopic rod (2) to the bottom and fi t the elastic
cord on the bottom onto the mounting fl ange (7).
4. The appliance is disassembled in the reverse order.
OPERATION
• Only place the appliance on a stable, fl at, moisture-resistant and heat-resistant
surface.
CAUTION
Risk of burns from hot surfaces! The motor unit / telescopic rod will
become hot during use. You should therefore not touch it during or
shortly after use.
