ATTENTION
•
Carefully read these instructions before using your water filter jug for the first time and
keep it for future reference.
•
Keep all plastic bags and packaging components out of the reach of children. They are
potentially dangerous.
•
Use only drinkable water.
•
The filtered water must be only cold water.
•
If the government advise that the water must be boiled, it is also necessary to boil the
filtered water. It is also advisable to boil it if you are going to give the water to babies
and certain groups of impaired immunity people.
•
Keep the filtered system away form the sunlight and heat sources.
•
If you are not going to use the filter for a long time we recommend you to place the filter
in a plastic bag stored in the fridge.
•
The lifetime of the filter depends on local water quality and hard water areas. That means
an estimated filtered water of 150-180 L.
•
The lifetime of the filter once take out from its packaging and although it is not used, it
is approximately between 6-8 weeks.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

•
Take out the lid and remove the filter holder (5). Clean the jug and the filter holder.
Follow the next steps to place the filter:
1.
1. Remove the packaging of the filter.
2. Insert the filter into a sink with water during 20 minutes and shake it. Some loose carbon
particles may be released during this process. This is normal and does not affect to the
correct filter functioning.
3. Place the filter in the filter holder and press it slightly.
