Possible Solution
∙ Charge the powerbank
∙ Charge the powerbank
∙ Disconnect the devices and reconnect
the device to the powerbank
∙ Make sure that the device is
connected using one of the USB-C
or USB-A outputs
∙ Ensure that the device supports the
quick charge function
∙ Disconnect the devices so that only
one device is loading using the powerbank
∙ Disconnect from the power source
