Installation Instructions for EcoSalt
CONNECTING THE IN-LINE
The EcoSalt REDOX uses a reverse polarity In-Line Electrolytic Cell for low maintenance operation. The
EcoSalt REDOX Power Supply is fitted
correctly fitted to the connections on the Cell. Fit black connectors to the outer titanium rods and the white
connector to the middle titanium rod, as shown below:
CONNECTING THE FLOW SWITCH AND ORP PROBE TO THE POWER SUPPLY:
The EcoSalt REDOX is supplied with a Manifold for installation of the Flow Switch and ORP Probe. The
Manifold MUST be installed after the Filter and at least 200mm prior to the Cell inlet, as shown in the
diagram on page 6. The Flow Switch is to be hardwired into the terminal block located within the lower front
panel of the Power Supply, as shown below:
The ORP probe is connected via the socket at the base of the Power Supply.
NOTE: Use thread seal tape to ensure all threaded fittings are watertight.
IMPORTANT: The terminal block in the front panel is only to be used for connection of the supplied
flow switch. The flow switch must be mounted with the arrow on the switch pointing in the
direction of water flow.
