This oven has three cooking functions:
Function Control
Function
Upper heating
Lower heating
Upper and Lower heating
Rotisserie ,can be with upper heating
or lower heating or both heating
Convection,can be with upper heating
or lower heating or both heating
Rotisserie & Convection,can be
with upper heating or lower heating
or both heating
Using The Oven
1. Turn the function control to either lower or upper
and lower heating depending on what you are
cooking.
2. Turn the temperature control to the required heat
setting for the food to be cooked.
3. Determine the cooking time for the food and use
the timer to set it accordingly.
4. The heat indicator light will illuminate signalling
that the oven is heating up. This will go out once the
correct temperature has been reached.
5. Place the food to be cooked on the wire rack or
baking tray and cook for the required time.
6.Once
cooking
is
complete,
turn
'off'
temperature control, function control and check the
timer is set to the 'off' position.
Using The Grill
1. Turn the function control to upper heating.
2. Turn the temperature control to maximum 250°.
3. Determine the cooking time for the food and use
the timer to set it accordingly.
4. The heat indicator light will illuminate signalling
that the oven is heating up. This will go out once the
correct temperature has been reached.

baking tray and cook for the required time.
6. Once cooking is complete, turn 'off' the
temperature control, function control and check the
timer is set to the 'off' position.
Using The Rotisserie
1. Turn the function control to upper heating or lower
heating or Both heating
2. Turn the temperature control to maximum 250°.
3. Determine the cooking time for the food and use
the timer to set it accordingly.

CAUTION: Check food regularly and ensure you turn

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Before attempting any cleaning or maintenance,
ensure that the oven is disconnected from the
mains power supply and has fully cooled.
1. Wipe the oven with a soft, damp cloth and dry
thoroughly.
2. Clean the accessories in warm, soapy water, then
rinse and dry thoroughly.
3. Do not immerse the oven in water or any other
liquid.
4. Never use harsh or abrasive cleaning detergents or
scourers to clean the oven or its accessories, as this
could cause damage.
5. To remove stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive
scouring pad or brush.
6. The oven should be cleaned after each use.

Storage
Store the clean oven and its accessories in a dry
location.
Connection to Power:
• Before connecting, check that the voltage
indicated on the appliance (bottom of the appliance)
corresponds with the main voltage in your home. If
this is not the case, consult your dealer and do not
