Notes about Batteries and Rechargeable
Batteries
• Batteries should only be used and replaced by
adults.
• Non-rechargeable batteries may not be char-
ged up.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the
toy.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from
the toy before being charged!
• Rechargeable batteries should be charged up
only under the supervision of adults.
• Inequality of battery types, or new and used
batteries may not be used together.
• Batteries with the correct polarity insert.
• Contacts should not be shorted.
• Batteries do not belong in the garbage!
• Every user in the European Union is legally
responsible for disposing of batteries at a coll-
ection point in his community or at the dealer.
The batteries are then passed on for environ-
mentally friendly processing.
• Batteries containing dangerous materials are
identified by these marks and chemical symbols
(Cd = cadmium,
Hg = mercury, Pb = lead).
Please keep these instructions. They contain
important information.
Put the cover for the battery holder back in
place and screw it down.

7. Operating

When operating the IR Control, always line it up
with the lens in the direction of the Base Station.

If no other commands are sent within 3 minutes of
the last command, the base station shuts off the
voltage in the track for safety reasons.
If the IR Control is activated again after that, the
base station will turn itself on automatically.
If a short circuit occurs, the Base Station will
shut off and will turn itself on again after the
short circuit has been corrected.
