QUICK START INSTRUCTIONS
1. DO NOT use in wet conditions. This may result in electrical shock. DO NOT use unattended. Inspect
cord set before each use to check for loose or frayed wires and connections.
2. For best efficiency, wrap Heater Strap around bottom area of cylinder, with printed side facing OUT.
3. Secure tightly to cylinder with velcro strap.
4. Insure surface area of heater strap makes good contact with cylinder.
5. Insert plug into a grounded outlet with the same voltage rating. Note: On the model CCXHBV the
user will be required to install a regional type power cord set into the IEC outlet.
6. Heater will automatically shut off when cylinder surface temperature reaches
approximately 130°F (55°C).
7. Heater will automatically start again when cylinder surface temperature drops to
approximately 115°F (46°C).
8. Heater will continue to cycle on/off under thermostatic control to maintain cylinder surface
temperature at 115°F (46°C) to 130°F (55°C).
WARRANTY
CPS Products, Inc. guarantees that all products are free of manufacturing and material defects to the
original owner for one year from the date of purchase. If the equipment should fail during the guarantee
period it will be repaired or replaced (at our option) at no charge. This guarantee does not apply to
equipment that has been altered, misused or solely in need of field service maintenance. All repaired
equipment will carry an independent 90 day warranty. This repair policy does not include equipment
that is determined to be beyond economical repair.
