POSSIBLE CAUSES
SOLUTIONS
Check the main power. if the unit is plugged
into a wall outlet verify voltage is present by
plugging in a known functional device, such
as a lamp.
Check if the master switch is off
Check if a fuse is blown. if so, replace it with
one of the same size.
if the unit is protected by a circuit breaker
check if it has tripped. if so, reset it.
note: Should the fuse blow again or if the
breaker trips again Do not attempt to run the
unit. Contact a qualified service technician.
move the power switch on the unit to the "i"
position (10). fig.34
When the batteries are dead, no messages are
displayed, and the unit's reception confirmation
sound will not work when you attempt to issue
a command. if this is the case, replace the
batteries.
Check the temperature setting on the remote
control and correct it if
need be.
Check the air filter and clean if necessary.
remove anything impeding the inlet or output
airflow.
Decrease the load by closing the window or
door. or remove any heat producing devices
that are adding to the load.
