MESSAGE WHAT IT MEANS?
Appears when the wrong
code strip is inserted or
other coding errors.
Appears when the
currently used lot of test
strip has expired. The
meter restricts you from
glucose testing.
Appears when ambient
temperature is below
system operation range.
Appears when ambient
temperature is above
system operation range.
Problem in operation.
ACTION
Make sure to insert the right
code strip for the meter.
Check if the code numbers on
the code strip and the strip vial
label are the same.
Discard the expired test strip,
and insert a new code strip from
a new lot of test strip.
System operation range is
50°F to 104°F (10°C to 40°C).
Repeat the test after the meter
and test strip are in the above
temperature range.
Repeat the test with a new test
strip.
If the meter still does not work,
please contact the customer
service for assistance.
