3.Environmental information

3.1- Unpacking the refrigerator


Take off the plastic packing and remove the protections and pallet.

Care should be taken when storing refrigerator packing materials. Take care to see that the refrigerator packing is placed
out of the reach of children. If possible, try to put the packing in a place where it could be recycled.

Check whether the refrigerator has been damaged during transport.

Place the leveling feet after removing the pallet

Pull the electrical cable through the opening in the rear grille.

Place the shelves after applying, in first place, the supports in the gutters (two supports in excess are always supplies ,that
will serve as spare accessories, case if it comes to astray some).

The weight limit for each shelve should be 40 kg/m

3.2- Locating the refrigerator


The refrigerator should be located in a dry place, on a horizontal surface which can support its weight when fully loaded.

The refrigerator must be placed in such a way that the plug is accessible.

Avoid moving the cabinet when it is fully loaded.

The refrigerator should be placed away from any heat source and direct sunlight so as to reduce power consumption. Do
not obstruct the ventilation and maintenance grilles. The refrigerator has an internal drain that should be connected to the
regular sewers system whenever it's possible.

Leave a free space around the refrigerator in order to improve its efficiency.

3.3- Connecting the refrigerator


Before connecting the refrigerator, check whether the voltage indicated on the refrigerator corresponds to the voltage of
your domestic wiring. It is essential that you should connect the refrigerator to an earthen power point. Make sure that the
cable does not stay coiled. If the cable is not long enough, it should be replaced by a skilled person (see 7.4). Do not use
an extension or adapter cable.

Control

4.1- Starting


If the refrigerator has been transported verically, it should be left to rest for at least an hour before being connected.

Put the refrigerator in place in a spot where the surrounding temperature is between +16 ºC and + 32ºC and leave a space
of 3 to 5 cm between the refrigerator and any other furniture or wall, allowing to create a natural air flow.

Connect to a power point, turn the switch on, place the temperature selector (inside the refrigerator on the evaporator) in
the medium position and leave the refrigerator working for 2 to 3 hours, so as to make sure that it is operating normally.
N.B: Before being connected, the cabinet must be cleaned with a non-alkaline washing-up detergent (do not use corrosive
products or soap). Then dry carefully. To carry out this operation is obligatory to switch off the equipment by removing the plug
from the outlet.

4.2- Operation

Refrigerator operations are totally controlled by the thermostat and switch 0/1, for selecting the temperature inside the cabinet
and control the work of lamp with white switch.

Refrigerator operations are controlled by a thermostat for selecting the temperature inside the refrigerator.

Plug the refrigerator to the current.

Connect the switch 0/1.
 If the information in the display shows "OFF", press the ON/OFF switch for 3 seconds.

Wait about 3 minutes before the compressor starts after connecting the cabinet.

To disconnect, push off the main switch 0/1 or simply unplug the cabinet.

Wait 10 minutes before reconnecting the cabinet.

Load the cabinet in such a way that the products are carefully stocked.

The digital thermostat allows adjusting the temperature from + 1ºC to + 10ºC.

The thermostat is factory locked, only permits to adjust the desired temperature (set point).
