Appendix - Troubleshooting
If you have difficulty with your digital TV set-top receiver, there are several
possibilities you should investigate before calling Channel Master.
CAUTION: If the problems are still unsolved after you're done all of these. Do not disassemble
the device yourself! Please contact the dealer or a trained personal for assistance.

What to Do
Check that the power cord is
plugged into the power outlet
Press the POWER key on
the front panel to switch to
operation mode
Check antenna connection
Set correct parameters
Connect it securely
Press MUTE key on the RCU
to restore volume
Increase the volume to
suitable level

menu, select proper audio
mode and proper audio
language
Connect the video cable
