■ Overload: when the UPS is overloaded you will see the overload indicator on the
screen and an alarm sound will sound for 30 sec. Disconnect nonessential electronic
devices to remove the alarm.
■ Abnormal input voltage: the UPS will sound for 5 sec .

7. Maintenance instructions

■ Under normal conditions the battery can be used up to 3 years, depending on the
recharge and discharge times
■ If the battery lost it's recharge capacity please replace it by going to an authorized
service
■ If you don't use the UPS for a long time the battery will discharge so we recommend
recharging it every 3 months to keep it's life span.
■ If dust has gathered on the output outlet please clean it with a damp cloth before using
the UPS.
■ Disconnect the device from the power grid if you don't use it for a long time.
■ If the device enters protection mode, push breaker button on the back of the device. If
this action does not solve the problem, contact an authorized service.
8. Troubleshooting
■ The UPS does not turn ON
- long press the ON/OFF button
Press the breaker button on the back of the UPS
- possible PCB problems, contact an authorized service
■ The UPS is always on battery mode
- the UPS power cable is not plugged
- the safety fuse is blown, replace it with a new one
- input voltage is too low, too high or there is a blackout
- possible PCB problems, contact an authorized service
■ The UPS sounds continuously
- overload: disconnect nonessential electronic devices to remove the alarm.
■ Backup time is too short
- replace the battery
