ERRORS ARE INDICATED AS FOLLOWS:
– The flashing blue light indicates the power feed is too high.
– The flashing red light indicates the power feed is too low.
– The permanent red light indicates that the short circuit fuse or overvoltage
protection has been triggered.
The power supply is interrupted automatically in both these cases. Unplug
the device and then plug it in again. If the problem persists, check that you
have only used andi-certified accessories. If you haven't, replace them im-
mediately. If the power supply still doesn't work, try another power source.
THE SMARTPHONE IS CHARGING TOO SLOWLY.
Ideally, your smartphone battery should recharge around 30% of its capacity per
hour. If the recharging rate is nowhere near this level, ensure that you are using

WARRANTY
This device comes with a two-year warranty valid from the date of purchase.
Please keep your proof of purchase safely. The device was carefully manufac-
tured and thoroughly checked.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
To avail warranty, first fill in the web form at www.andi.store under ‚De-
fective product' before sending the wireless charger, to ensure efficient
and correct handling. The warranty applies to material or manufacturing
errors. Any damage caused by wear or transport are excluded from the
warranty. This product is intended for private use and not for commer-
cial purposes. The warranty becomes void if the device is misused or
handled incorrectly, or if force is applied to the device. The same ap-
plies to any work which has not been carried out by our service partners.
Any damage or defects already existing on purchase must be reported immedi-
ately after the device is unpacked, but no later than seven days after purchase.
Repairs required after the warranty period has expired are subject to costs.
