CAUSE
- There is no power.
- Motor is overheating due to the
liquid's high temperature.
- Motor is overheating due to sealed
ventilation slots.
- The residual current protection switch
(FI Switch) is activated.
- Defective Motor.
- Water shortage.
- The suction tube is not sealed.
- Suction height is too high.
- The filter is blocked or has sand.
- The check valve is blocked.
- There is water leaking between the
motor and the pump. The drawbar
seal is not the right one.
- The pump is blocked or is defective.
- There is air in the pump or the suction
pipe.
- The pressure switch is not adjusted.
- The suction pipe is buried into the
ground.
- Cutting pressure is too high.
- The suction side is not sealed.

SOLUTION
- Inspect power cord, plug and fuse.
- Liquid maximum temperature shall
be 95 ºF
- Eliminate what is causing
overheating.
- Turn on the FI switch. If it fails again
go to a Truper Authorized Service
Center.
- Go to a Truper Authorized Service
Center.
- Double-check there is enough water
supply.
- Seal the suction pipe. Tighten the
threaded connections.
- Verify the maximum suction height.
(Technical Data). Suction height
shall be subtracted from the pumping
height.
- Clean or replace filter.
- Clean or replace valve.
- Go to a Truper Authorized Service
Center.
- Clean the pump with clean water and
remove the cause of contamination.
- Fill up the pump receptacle with
water. For pipes with check valve,
fill-up the suction pipe with water.
- Go to a Truper Authorized Service
Center.
- Shorten or fasten the suction pipe.
Use a filter screen with check valve.
- Go to a Truper Authorized Service
