Use the Global Address List (GAL) to look up your colleagues and their
contact information in the company directory.
Calendar
Easily manage your calendar seamlessly across devices, allowing you to
organize meetings promptly, and stay on top of your schedule wherever
and whenever. Propose a new meeting (time, location, invitees, and
agenda), and track replies (accept, tentative, or decline).
Host meeting
1. Complete your meeting information:
Subject: The purpose of the meeting.
Location: Where the meeting will be held.
Period: The start time and end time.
All-day: Indicate if the meeting will last all day.
Standard time: The location-based GMT.
Guests: The list of participants.
Description: Optional information, for example a detailed meeting
agenda.
2. Add all of the participants' email addresses to the Guest box.
