Three own programs, program can be changed by pressing this button
each time, press "start/stop", begin to run.
Three selected programs, mode can be changed by pressing this button
each time, machine records the running process automatically, press "start/
stop", begin to run.
Power on the machine, press it to choose pre-set programs P1-P36.
Press START to enter,press CLEAR/SET to exit.
In the state of initialization, press it, time, distance, calorie can be set.
Press "speed-up" and "speed-down", speed is set.
In the state of both initialization and running, distance, calorie and time can
be cleared to zero.
In the state of panel initialization, press it, machine runs at 1km/h, while
press it again, machine stops
Press it, incline will be decreased per time
