CAUTION: When drilling holes in frame, make sure that electrical wires, fuel lines or brake lines are protected from damage. If necessary, move them before drilling. WARNING: HYDRAULIC BRAKE HOSES MUST NOT TOUCH SPARE TIRE. Some 'oversize' tires are too large and will not have safe clearance with brake hoses. - Página 4 FRAME CHEVROLET AND GMC 34" FRAME (pre 1988) CADRE 2. Attach side brackets (B) & (C) to frame with flanges inward. Use existing holes in frame at rear. ESTRUCTURA Install 1/2" hex bolts (N), washers (H), plates (K), washers (H), lock washers(I), and nuts (J), as shown, on each side.
- Página 5 FRAME CADRE DODGE RAM PICKUP (1994 - CURRENT) 2. Use holes in frame to hang side brackets (B) & (C) on center holes, flanges facing outward. ESTRUCTURA Use 1/2" hex bolts (N), washers (H), lock washers (I), and nuts (J), as shown. Place 1/2" thick spacers (K) between the frame and the hitch.
- Página 6 FORD BRONCO 2. Assemble side brackets (B) & (C) to center section (A), flanges facing outward, with six 1/2" bolts (F), lock washers (E), and nuts (D). Tighten nuts. 3. Raise assembled hitch to frame, and position so that holes drilled in frame will miss frame cross member and allow space for bolt (N). Install spacers (K) between frame and side brackets as shown, center hitch on frame, and clamp rear flange to frame.
