PREPARAZIONE DELL'ATTUATORE (VARIANTE 140°)

PERICOLO - ATTENZIONE: in questa fase è richiesto l'avviamento
del martinetto con scatola aperta. Prestare la massima attenzione
perché ciò presenta condizioni di pericolo residuo.
1 - Aprire l'anta.
2 - Asportare il coperchio della cassetta.
3 - Posizionare il martinetto utilizzando lo schema indicato e bloccarlo utiliz-
zando i relativi dadi.
4 - Avviare la rotazione del martinetto fino ad ottenere la posizione angolare
della leva come indicato in figura.
OBBLIGO: scollegare immediatamente l'alimentazione elettrica.
5 - Abbassare il pedale di sgancio dell'anta e ruotare la staffa motrice in posi-
zione di anta chiusa.
6 - Lubrificare i perni della biella e accoppiare leva e martinetto come indicato
nello schema
7 - Spostare l'anta manualmente, fino ad accoppiare la piastra dell'anta alla
staffa motrice.
8 - Avviare la rotazione del martinetto, fino ad appoggiare perfettamente l'anta
agli arresti meccanici in chiusura.
OBBLIGO: scollegare immediatamente l'alimentazione elettrica.
PREPARATION OF THE OPERATOR (VARIATION 140°)

DANGER - WARNING: in this phase the jack must be started up with
the box open. This must be done with great care because it could
represent a danger.
1 - Open the door.
2 - Remove the lid from the container.
3 - Position the jack according to the diagram and secure it in position with the
relative nuts.
4 - Start jack rotation until the lever reaches the angle shown in the figure.
REQUIREMENT: immediately disconnect the power supply.
5 - Lower the leaf release pedal and turn the drive bracket to the closed leaf
position.
6 - Lubricate the pins on the connecting rod and coupling the lever and jack
using the outside hole.
7 - Move the leaf manually, until the leaf plate is engaged with the power-
driven bracket.
8 - Start jack rotation until the leaf is resting against the closing mechanical stops.
REQUIREMENT: immediately disconnect the power supply.
PREPARATION DE L'ACTIONNEUR (VARIANTE 140°)

DANGER - ATTENTION: la mise en marche du vérin doit avoir lieu avec
le boîtier ouvert. Etre très prudent car ceci présente un risque résiduel.
1 - Ouvrir le vantail.
2 - Enlever le couvercle du boîtier.
3 - Positionner le vérin comme le montre le schéma et le fixer au moyen des
écrous correspondants.
4 - Mettre le vérin en rotation jusqu'à obtenir la position angulaire du levier
comme le montre la figure.
OBLIGATION: débrancher sans attendre l'alimentation électrique.
