4. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Failures caused by misuse, neglect or improper maintenance.
• Products whose instructions of use contained in the user guide have not been followed.
• Equipment whose original features have been modified by the user.
• Failures or damages attributable to acts of God (lightning, floods, natural disasters,
impacts, etc.) or non identifiable objects.
• Aesthetic damages in external parts of the product which do not prevent from its correct
functioning, such as scratches and marks.
• Devices whose serial number is illegible, has been modified or removed.
• Product that not preserves the original packaging.
5. Obligations
The only obligation of EasyBabyKit is the repair or replacement of the product so that it can be
used correctly without altering its aesthetics.
