3) In the case of an abnormal situation the PSU will shutdown and enter latch mode to
avoid potential damage to itself and other PC components. The latch mode is an
internal safety switch that keeps the PSU in an off mode for a limited time before re-
setting. The latch mode can be cleared by an AC power interruption
(unplugging the PSU).
