- Handle the blades with great care, particularly when you empty or clean the
bowl and blades : they are very sharp. Never touch the blade while the bowl
is attached to the base of the unit. Only handle the blade when the bowl is
not attached to the base.
- Warning: When sterilising or handling the bowl and relative cover
subsequent to sterilising them, steam may enter the areas as indicated by
the logo herein, namely: the top of the bowl cover; on the lip between the
bowl and relative cover; between the bowl cover and the base of the mixer
when rotating the bowl to be released.
- If the blades get blocked, always unplug the appliance before removing the
ingredients causing the blockage.
- Never block the safety switch located on the food processor, near the hook
of the spatula.
- The appliance gets very hot during steam cooking and may cause burning in
the event of contact. Always use the handle to lift the bowl.
- Beware of the hot steam which rises from the bowl and water reservoir
during cooking and when you remove the lid.
- Never block the steam outlet on the lid.
- Never leave the appliance on without supervision.

- This appliance is designed for domestic use only. If it is used in an
inappropriate manner, for professional or semi-professional use, or without

- Never fill the water tank directly from the tap. Use the cooking bowl, which
has a spout and is marked with levels 1-3, to fill the tank. The levels allow
you to measure the amount of water specified in the cooking guide on page
27. Always unplug the unit before filling the tank.
- Always empty the water reservoir after use.
- Take care not to fill the reservoir above maximum capacity (210 ml or «max»
level marked on the bowl and on the water reservoir window)
- Take care that the blades are not covered with food before activating the
steam function.
- Do not lift or move the appliance when in use.
- Never fill the water reservoir during steam cooking. This may cause a
combination of hot water and steam to be projected from the appliance.
- Before opening the lid and adding other ingredients to be blended if
necessary, check that the lid has cooled sufficiently after cooking.
