a. Router Setting
The values vary from router to router - first read its manual.
1. Connect PC and router to the VWS2 and switch everything on.
2. Click Start (> Settings) > Control Panel (> Network and Internet
Connections) > Network Connections, double click 'Local Area
Connection', click 'Properties' , select 'Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)'
and click 'Properties'. Select "Obtain an IP address automatically".
3. Confirm and close the open windows. Open your browser and enter the default IP address (192.168.123.254) in
the address line. Then enter the login web page and enter the default password "admin" (on the left).

For each input channel, you can select the source type, determine the
Baud Rate and assign an ID number to the device.
! Do not reboot the VWS2 while it is upgrading the firmware.
"Firmware Version" displays the current firmware version. Press 'Find'
to search for an upgrade and click 'Upgrade Firmware' to install it.
'Info refresh' can be clicked to refresh the online users' information.
'Post image number': select how many images need to be stored
when the alarm is triggered.
'Alarm duration': set the alarm duration time
'Alarm record': enable or disable the alarm recording function
"Alarm refresh": to clear the alarm message if it is still on the screen.
