4. INSTRUCTIONS
When the Movexx is connected to the trolley, the swivel castor wheels on the unit need to be
lifted from the ground about 5 cm. This places all the weight on the drive wheels. This can be
adjusted by adjusting the height of the hook on the chassis.
Always mount hooks and base moduls with LocTite
f. Working with the Movexx
Attach/Link up...
Stand in front of the Movexx so that you face the machine. Take the Movexx by the handle and
lift it up so that the coupling piece (hook) is pushed under the trolley. Drive forward until the
coupling piece has come under the edge of the trolley/container. Push the machine down till
the coupling piece and the trolley/container interlock with each other. The swivel castor wheel
will now be about 5 cm above the ground. (if the hook is horizontal) If this is not the case, you
will need to adjust the hook as described in point 4e
Let the Movexx pull the container out of his position and place yourself in the driving
position.
Driving with the Movexx ...
Before operating the Movexx consult the conditions in chapter 4c and 4d once more concern-
ing people, obstacles, etc. When operating the Movexx from point A to point B the operator
should take the following position;
•
Stay on the side of the Tiller-Head with your face turned away from the Movexx and the
trolley. This is the pull-position. Keep enough distance from the trolley and the Movexx so
that you won't get stuck with any parts of your body. The Movexx may only be operated
over flat and downhill slopes in a pulling position. (if there is a brake on the machine) (Fig. 7)
