Request Management.
Se muestra un listado con todas las peticiones realizadas por los usuarios finales. Cuando llega una petición a esta bandeja, el
gestor de cuenta puede seleccionar el tipo de pago que realizará el usuario y cambiar el estado del campo 'Verificación de datos'.
It shows a list of all the requests made by end users. When a request comes to this tray, the account manager can select the type of
payment that make the user and change the state of the field 'Data Verification'.
Cuando los campos 'Verificación de datos' y 'Pago realizado' estén en color verde, el sistema enviará automáticamente una
notificación informativa al usuario para que pueda abrir la puerta con la aplicación móvil.
When the fields 'data verification' and 'Payment made' are in green, the system will automatically send a notification to the user
information so you can open the door with the mobile application.
La aplicación para el móvil se llama 'Blueactio Smart Key' de Geoactio, y puede descargarse desde Play Store, por ejemplo.
